How Tagomo Digital generated 50% of their customer’s leads through a chatbot

Tagomo Digital is one of the most well-known digital marketing agencies in Finland. Servicing more than 1500 businesses spread across Finland, they wanted to add more ammunition to their arsenal of marketing services.

More leads for everyone, more engagement for Tagomo
Before they started selling Serviceform tools to their customers, Tagomo started using our conversion suite to ramp up their website. We installed a chatbot and an inline bot on their homepage and other chatbots for their different product pages.
With these Serviceform tools, Tagomo were able to increase the interaction rate of their website. On average, Serviceform tools on Tagomo’s website get between 60 - 80 interactions per month. On top of that, their content producers and the sales team are using our meeting scheduler, Ourly to book and manage client meetings.
They’re also using forms to help them book more website reviews. These forms have an impressive conversion rate of almost 40%. On average, all the Serviceform tools on tagomo.fi get between 70 - 90 interactions per month and out of those, about 30 converts into a lead.

The results Tagomo got from their own website is just the appetizer. What they’ve been able to deliver for their customers is even more impressive. Tagomo has more than 150 customers who use the chatbot so it would be a stretch to go through each and every one of them.
Therefore we picked two Tagomo customers, Rengastek and Lentoparkki. Rengastek is a tyre dealership and Lentoparkki is a company specializing in transportation to and from the Vantaa airport. Tagomo has built chatbots and inline bots to increase engagement on their websites and to generate leads.
The inline bot on Lentoparkki homepage has an interaction rate of 21%, meaning that more than one fifth of their homepage visitors interact with the inline bot. Apart from the inline bot, Lentoparkki has chatbots installed on their homepage and other product pages. Overall, the interaction rate of all of these tools combined is 16% which shows that every tool is contributing equally to the increased engagement rate on Lentoparkki website.
Similarly, Rengastek were also able to increase their engagement on their website by using chatbots and inline bots. Tagomo has provided a leadbar, chatbots and inline bots for Rengastek. Tagomo CEO Petri Elovaara said that he was proud of the tools that they were able to build for Rengastek. The tools on the Rengastek website have constantly been able to maintain an interaction rate higher than 10%. Thanks to the inline engagement bot, Rengastek was able to help their customers pick the right product and increase their earnings.
