Customer Success Manager

Serviceform is a fast-growing SaaS company with the simple goal of helping businesses grow and increase their sales. We are an ambitious international team of 27 people with an open, fun and friendly culture. Our offices are located in Turku, Barcelona and Colombo. We have built a world-class online conversion and management toolset to support sales, marketing and customer support. Our tools and services are used worldwide by companies of all sizes, such as RE / MAX, Engel & Volkers, Bo LKV, SAKA, Visma, Sotheby’s, Citroën, Peugeot, FirstTeam, Sundahem, JM Oy and Vesivek.

The role is related to customer success, and includes building our tools for the customer, having meetings with our customers. You will be trained from 0 to 100, and if you decide to leave our company one day - you will be very valuable to the next company you work in.

To help you succeed in the role:

  • Must have a great attitude when approaching things and create positivity around you
  • A strong interest to grow and develop your skills
  • Speak any of the languages fluently - Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
  • Speak English as it is the internal company language

Your role as an Account Manager will include, acquiring new customers, maintaining customer relationships and create exceptional customer experiences.
