We have had a successful year behind us and are continuously growing fast. To further accelerate our growth and lead the sales team in Spain, we are now bringing in a Sales Team Lead.

As the Sales Team Lead - Spain, your role would be:

  • Recruit and manage the Sales team
  • Implement our amazing company culture to the Spanish office
  • Customer acquisition
  • Build and develop meaningful customer relationships
  • Train and coach the Sales team continuously
  • Make improvements to the sales process
  • Measure KPIs from the team
  • Train the Sales team on anything related to managing product and company updates.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Sales team
  • Work closely with the finance team regarding new customers, upsells and changes to contracts
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer.

  • You tell us what you need?
  • Previous experience in a successful sales role in the Spanish market
  • Have a great attitude when approaching things and create positivity around you
  • A strong interest to grow and develop your skills
  • Be fluent in Spanish
  • Be fluent in English as it is the company language
